One7perfume provides the option of product return or refund, provided the product is in good and resale-able condition. If you find a product defective, you can email us at contact one7.perfume@gmail.com

How do I cancel an order on ONE7 PERFUME?

For outright cancellations by you:

1st step- inform us over WhatsApp

    • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

  • If you did not receive the product, it will be eligible for a partial refund deducting the Courier charges, and Return charges applied by couriers.
  • If you received the product, a replacement will be sent to you Free of cost, only in cases where there are defects found with the product
  • If you received a product that is not defective, it will be eligible for a partial refund deducting the Courier charges, and Return charges applied by couriers.
  • Cancellation will be accepted within 7 days, from the order delivered.

Exchange / Return Policy: 1st step- inform us over WhatsApp

    • If you received a product that is defective, it will be eligible for exchange only if informed to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Courier charges and Return charges applied by couriers will have to be deposited by the customer.
    • One your exchange request is accepted, request will process within 3-5 Days.

Return/ exchange policy for orders with discount coupon applied:

  • If your order has any discount coupon applied, it will not be valid for an exchange or refund as mentioned on the coupon post/ description. If on coupon post/ description, return or exchange policy is not mentioned, return/ exchange will be done only after deducting the Coupon Discount applied, Courier charges, and Return charges applied by couriers.

Refund Policy:

  • ONE7 PERFUME holds no responsibility for any damage incurred after the products have been delivered. To process claims for missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video featuring the original packaging.
  • For refund requests, please contact our customer care team at +91 99139 43641 or email us at one7.perfume@gmail.com. Include necessary images and videos related to your claim, and use the subject line “Refund For [Product Name].”
  • Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • If you notice that the package is tampered with, damaged, or defective upon delivery, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner immediately

Return Policy:

3 Days Return Policy-

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care or email us at one7.perfume@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back (in case of returns after receiving the product)

Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

Payment will be refunded only when the product reaches back to us with product seal pack.
